New Clients: A one-time, non-refundable retainer fee of 50% of the service(s) is required at the time of booking for select services. Appointment Confirmations: Once an appointment is booked, automatic reminders and a confirmation request will be sent via text/email. Please be sure to confirm your appointment when prompted. If the appointment is not confirmed and I do not receive a response after reaching out by the 24 hr mark prior to the scheduled appointment, the appointment will be canceled. Cancelations & Reschedules: Appointment changes must be made no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Late cancellations, reschedules, or arriving more than 15 minutes late that end up needing rescheduling will incur a 75% fee of the booked service(s). Repeated cancellations or reschedules, particularly for new clients, may lead to appointments being canceled and restricted for future bookings. No-Shows: Missing an appointment without communication will result in a 75% no-show fee. If there is no contact within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, the card on file will be charged and future booking may be restricted based on the situation. I completely understand illnesses and unexpected emergencies when they’re communicated. That said, being called into work or voluntarily picking up a shift does not qualify as an emergency.
